Grape varieties: 100% Syrah
Color: Deep red color
Nose: At first, very fruity (blackcurrant) and spicy aromas, but then, the floral side (violet) and the tobacco notes take the top.
Palate: Silky and rich with a nice balance. Ripe fruit and fruity aromas. Long finish on the palate with notes of licorice.
Food and wine pairing: Serve between 16 and 17°C. Will accompany quiches, meat pies, game, grilled red meats, stews of beef, lamb, pasta and cheeses with a fairly strong taste.
